In order to be able to serve the ever-growing Propertymark membership the benevolent fund and its trustees applied for charitable status to allow gift aid to be claimed on charitable donations, bequests to be free from inheritance tax and for dormant or orphaned funds to be received from members in accordance with Propertymark rules.

After lengthy negotiations with the Charity Commissioners charitable status was finally achieved in 2015.

Since then, the Propertymark Trust has been able to grow and widen its remit and support to members in a variety of ways.

The Trust remains true to its founding principles, providing support to members who have fallen on hard times, but is now able to be more specific in the help it provides.

Hey everyone! My name is Joseph Carter. I have spent most of my life trying to understand the world we live in. My journey has introduced me to faith, military service, a career in mental health, and huge servings of humility as a result of various trials, failures, time spent living life on life’s terms. Despite what many would consider a successful life, I find myself realizing more and more that my place in this world is… well – average, and I’m ok with that. I have learned to enjoy what I enjoy, and I find contentment in being able to share these experiences with others. Which brings me to this podcast. As a therapist, I have learned that listening and asking the right questions, with the simple intention to understand, is in fact valuable. For me, this podcast is another way I can share this experience with others. I am simply an average Joe that wants to listen, learn, and facilitate this process for others. Frosted Faces Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing and support for senior pets and the families who love them.

Founded in 2014 by Kelly and Andy Smíšek, the organization began with fostering senior dogs who were being overlooked in shelters. As the need for senior pet support quickly outpaced their personal capacity, they established Frosted Faces Foundation as a 501(c)(3) to engage a broader network of compassionate families and partners.

Since then, we’ve supported hundreds of families and evolved to meet the increasingly complex needs of senior pets in our community. Through innovative programs that rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome aging animals, alongside safety net services, veterinary care, and education, we’re building a future where every senior pet is seen, supported, and deeply loved.

At Frosted Faces Foundation, we recognize that senior pets face a perfect storm of challenges such as medical needs, housing insecurity, age discrimination, and a lack of long-term planning by their guardians. Our approach is not just to rescue, but to rethink how we as a community care for aging animals and their people.

We work closely with open-admission shelters to identify senior dogs and cats who are out of time and options to increase live outcomes. Rather than simply offering temporary shelter, we provide a second chance through a network of individualized care. Each animal we accept receives tailored veterinary treatment and behavioral support to ensure they are not only safe, but thriving. From there, our adoption program connects them with families who are ready to author their final chapters.

For those unsure about adoption, the Frosted Fling Program offers a trial period of fostering a senior pet, making the experience approachable and low-risk. We also work to break down barriers to adoption through programs like Senior for Seniors, the Molly & Me Project, and Frosted Field Trips, each designed to make connecting with and caring for senior pets more accessible. 

To prevent pets from entering the shelter system in the first place, we've developed support services that address why animals are surrendered. Our safety net boarding program offers temporary care for pets during times of personal crisis like hospitalization, displacement, or financial hardship so that families can stay together in the long run. We also provide direct financial assistance for veterinary care to help people avoid the agonizing decision between surrender and suffering. Recognizing that some families are thinking ahead, our Final Wish Program allows pet guardians to make plans for the continued care of their animals after they pass away. 

At the heart of all our efforts is a commitment to education and community involvement. Through volunteerism, partnerships, and public outreach, we aim to change perceptions about senior pets and provide the resources people need to become lifelong advocates, not just for animals, but for each other. By addressing the reasons pets are surrendered and by elevating the value of their lives, we’re not only saving senior animals, we’re creating a more compassionate, informed, and connected community.

In 2016, we purchased our facility to serve as a safe, transitional space for senior animals in urgent need, those requiring medical care, behavioral support, or simply a soft place to land. While we treat every Frosted Face as family, our mission has never been long-term sheltering. Instead, we work toward permanent placement in loving homes, where their final chapters can unfold with dignity, comfort, and connection.

To better serve our animals and use every donated dollar wisely, we opened our on-site veterinary hospital in 2021. This allows us to provide timely, cost-effective care tailored to the unique needs of senior pets, while also streamlining treatment and improving care.

The Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre (PILSC) is a Canadian nonprofit and mental-health charity based in Calgary, Alberta, providing free pregnancy loss support, miscarriage support, stillbirth support, infant loss support, and bereavement services for individuals and families across Alberta and Canada. We offer trauma-informed counselling, grief counselling, peer mentorship, peer support groups, fertility and TTC support, TFMR support (termination for medical reasons), parenting-after-loss support, birth trauma support, and perinatal mental-health programs both in-person and online/virtual.

Our team includes mental-health professionals, registered counsellors, coaches, and trained lived-experience mentors, ensuring compassionate, culturally sensitive care for diverse families. PILSC delivers more than 1,200 counselling sessions each year, operates multiple weekly and monthly support groups, coordinates social connection programs (yoga, movement, community gatherings), distributes Comfort Boxes to bereaved parents, and collaborates with hospitals, nurses, OB/GYNs, midwives, and funeral homes to ensure wraparound care.

We work to reduce stigma, build community, and advance awareness of pregnancy loss, infant death, perinatal grief, maternal mental health, and family mental health. PILSC also leads education, advocacy, and community outreach, connecting families to early intervention resources that prevent long-term mental-health impacts.

Music, and more particularly singing is always with us. A certain day we may find ourselves moody and with a melody from La forza del destino playing over and over again in our head. Or maybe we feel like a superhero as we&#8217;ve doing great at work and then we feel like Calaf solving the 3 riddles that Turandot has proposed. First, we would like to share that this is not a place for the platitudes that are everywhere, telling my favorite singer is always the greatest in everything he&#8217;s sung; and at the same time, we avoid being one of those toxic places where there&#8217;s endless criticism around the minimum error of a given singer. We need more places where we can be respectful and still express our differences, as art is perception and no one perceives art equally to one another. Our second proposal is to come and share, both Katia and I are pretty sure there are a million questions you have always asked yourself about singing and as singers are sometimes not the most approachable people, well we hope can answers some of those questions!!

inHoPE is

inHoPE is dedicated to strengthening unity in the body of Christ. This is achieved through coaching on biblical unity and by promoting collaboration. We are a faith-based non-profit located in Kuna, Idaho. Currently, we operate with a volunteer staff and need additional support and funding to meet our 2026 goals. We currently have two active ministries (the inHoPE Podcast and Widows’ Well) and plan to hire interns to grow these ministries and support the launch of One Coach and ONE Young Adults Ministries. A brief description of each ministry is below.

inHoPE Podcast
This podcast equips young leaders to shepherd the Church away from division and toward a unified movement. Weekly episodes discuss biblical unity and how we practice it, amid matters of faith and leadership. This year, the podcast will raise funds for 10 guest ministries featured on the show. Each guest will receive funds raised from listeners during the month their episode is released. We intend to donate at least $1,000 to each ministry. These ministries rely on collaboration from many believers, churches, and Christian organizations to fulfill their mission. 


Widows’ Well
This benevolence ministry serves widows and single mothers. Through connections with local churches, we help meet the needs of widows and single mothers, with the goal of connecting them to a loving Christian community. Each year, we partner with other organizations to host a Valentine's Day dinner for single mothers and widows.


One Coach
One Coach provides a coach for young Christian male athletes who goes beyond training them in sports and also serves as a professional life coach and mentor to a group of 3-5 like-minded young men. These young men benefit from a Life Coach, Sports Coach, Mentor, and a group of peers who encourage them in faith, life, and sports, preparing them to lead a unified movement within the Church. 


ONE
ONE js a young adult ministry that promotes collaboration between churches to provide young adult ministry options for their community. Churches with attendance under 1,000 often struggle to reach critical mass for a sustainable young adult ministry. By bringing multiple churches together, a sustainable young adult ministry emerges and serves as an incubator for the churches until they can sustain their own ministries.


Internship
We desire for our internships to resemble the relational discipleship we advocate. Interns will look more like the disciples following Jesus and taking part in His ministry, than showing up for a few hours a week as extra hands. We want young men who believe they are called to ministry. The Apostles and early church leaders underwent the most effective ministry preparation imaginable. So why settle for a different method? We will pair interns with a minister who will invite them to follow him as he follows Christ. They will be with an experienced minister who will invest in them, do what he does, gain experience, and exposure to a wide range of ministries that can lead them into the ministry God is calling them to, while teaching them to value and pursue unity in Christ.

For over 40 years, MND NSW has worked to raise awareness of MND and provide the best possible care and support for people with MND across NSW, the ACT and the Northern Territory. 

Without a cure, and an average life expectancy of just 27 months, we focus on providing life-changing education, assistive equipment, and support to improve the quality of life of people with MND, their families, and carers.

Motor neurone disease (MND) is the name given to a group of diseases in which the nerve cells/neurones controlling the muscles that enable us to move, speak, breathe and swallow; undergo degeneration and die.

MND does not affect the sensory neurones – the nerves that receive messages from things we see, touch, smell, hear and taste. This means that people living with MND are fully aware of what is going on around them; however most lose the ability to communicate.

Motor Neurone Disease is uncommon but not rare, every day in Australia 2 people are diagnosed with MND and 2 people die from MND.

Although there is currently no cure, it is not true to say that ‘nothing can be done for the person with motor neurone disease'. A great deal can be done to maintain quality of life and address many of the effects of the disease.

People with motor neurone disease often require special equipment to continue living at home. One of the major roles of MND NSW is to help people with motor neurone disease get access to equipment, as soon as the need for equipment arises. MND NSW makes available 2075 items of assistive equipment - valued at over $3 million - to help maintain the quality of life of someone living with MND.

We also run regular education and information sessions for both people living with MND and their families and carers; this includes support groups and coffee mornings to allow people to meet regularly and connect with others in similar circumstances and learn from each other.

As the only MND-specific organisation providing the support a person with MND needs within NSW, the ACT and the Northern Territory, MND NSW rely on the generosity of our community.

We are a unique Sports NGO named Sports Mentoring Infusion (SMI) in Mumbai, India which aims to build good character through sports. We work amongst underprivileged and the children in the Red Light Area. A lot of children were drug addicts and were not going to school regularly. These children have come out because of the Sports Mentoring Programs infused through Skills and character.
